Or maybe blizzard needs to stop being stingy and up the amount of anima we get by alot. The current amount is crap. Its miniscule and the cost of the sanctum upgrades along with anything else that takes anima is too much to justify the crap amount we get.
I mean, you’re presently flying on taxis like a peasant. I’ve seen it.

I think this would be a nice inclusion. Also, it kinda makes sense thematically that we’d need a special hearthstone to travel back to Oribos, even if there are portals.
When you upgrade your transport network you get a port to Oribos from your covenant. That lets you set your hearth to your covenant and then you’re just one hop from Oribos.
don’t forget, we also had hearthstones to our garrisons (someone might’ve said that already, but i’ve been up all night, and am about to head to bed, so forgive me for not looking through the posts.).

Yes, I’ve gotten items that returned you to your covenant, I don’t remember where to get them but they have like 3 charges, as I recall.
the day I became an engineer in SL was the day SL became less frustrating to me.
Meanwhile, I take an hour every day to clear all the WQs that give 3-4 35 tokens or 1 250 token, and my third level 3 upgrade is in the process of being built.
Honestly though, engineering is a good way to go if you really don’t want to hoard 10k anima for upgrades. Alternatively, the Hearthstone cooldown is like 10 minutes with that bracer enchant.
But did you spend anima on upgrading all your covenant gear? On sending out mission table missions?
I get that “you can’t have everything at once” idea, but this week we’re looking at reaching the souls cap on the mandatory “collect souls” quest, meaning you’ll be collecting souls to send into the dumpster unless you have a handy 10-15000 anima handy to put them to use on the covenant upgrades.
Or is this yet another example of Blizzard effectively saying “you played the game wrong, too bad for you”?
It could be awesome though. Just imagine flying at light speed in the In-Between.
Former, gradually. Latter, constantly. I spend at least 200 anima per day on missions, some of it is made back via mission rewards, but most of it is claiming pet charms, gold, and enchant/herb material caches.
Use your Dalaran HS, lol. I port there, Org, then Oribos on my alt.
On DK, I have the Death Gate as a 3rd option.
