Can We Open Up the Warglaives of Azzinoth for T-Mog?

Who’s more spoiled the little kid who had their toy taken away and is no longer allowed to play with it and wants it back, or the new kid who was given the toy and refuses to let anyone else play with it?

This is a very poor way of trying to justify why we shouldn’t get something.

The phrase “you don’t need it” can apply to any feature we have gained over the years.

We don’t need transmog, we have world class artists who design gear.

We don’t need any new character customizations, it has no effect on gameplay itself.

We don’t need allied races, we have plenty of core races to choose from!

See how that works?

I agree. Warriors, Rogues, and Death Knights should also be able to transmog them. They should still use the sword animations on those classes, but at least make them sheathe correctly. I hate how they look with the handles facing outwards like that.

There’s a weapon that dropped in the pre-patch called Sentinel’s Moonglaive and it’s only usable by demon hunters. That’s a major problem when the only class that can use moonglaives in game isn’t a sentinel class. Warriors, priests, (maybe survival hunters since night elf sentinels can be hunters?), and rogues (sentinel classes) need to be able to use glaives. I want to be able to use a sentinel glaive on my night elf rogue but I can’t. That’s a major issue IMO.

'Tis an opportunity to expound upon elven culture as well, presuming other races may be availed the requisite training via quest, thereafter becoming an account wide feature whilst it is, for elven characters, inborn.
Inquiries such as why so seemingly unwieldy a tool became so prolific, and what intelligence, differing perchance according to each race, was behind its construction, as well as the ideals of the parties to which it is commonly associated.

Ignoring, of course, the fact that it would be to Blizzard we must trust for such writing. I suppose even a broken clock yet striketh true twice a day.

The kid who has to have everything! Right now! On a silver platter! Served by naked, hunky… oh, wait this isn’t my fantasy.

Nevermind.

Why?

Because there is no DH armor pre-legion for us really. Not like it matters, I mean it’s not we would be completing with you over it to begin with.

There are plenty of pre-legion leather sets that don’t have class restrictions.

You just need to keep looking.

And their are plenty of weapon transmogs, you just need to keep looking

I don’t need to look anywhere, I’m happy with my t-mog and this wouldn’t benefit me as I play a dagger spec.

However, I am not here asking to get access to an armor set that from the get-go was never used or usable by my class.

Lord Illidan nose the way!

In the end, I do agree it should be opened up as technically it was a sword for years and all those that had already looted it should have been allowed to keep it. So maybe two different versions, a legacy one for those that had it before the change and then the current one.

If that was the case then they should have been resorted to just using warglaives only for DHs. If they can keep the “lore” to DHs but, yet every class lost it’s own personality due to the legion class fantasy nonsense.

Love it 100% agree
