Can we normalize secondary stats in pvp?

There is an observable pattern between the need for PvP nerfs to talents and PvP buffs to base abilities as it pertains to specs that like crit in pve since the dragonflight crit damage change. IMO it has not made anything better and has only dumbed down the specs that have needed the most +base tuning.

The specs that like crit in pve should need to spend stat points on crit in PvP. Some of them are already approaching (or have possibly already hit) a singularity where the base buffs on their spells overcomes the nerfs on crit and their crit damage talents and crit actually becomes exponentially better than all of the other stats for them again.

It just seems to me that you could probably reset a lot of these modifiers in both directions and have a better time balancing damage with regular crit damage values but people needing to actually use four stats instead of three.
