Yeah I agree - it was a very poorly thought out response and stinks of laziness in game design/implimentation. Like I’ve said in the main drums post at its core it is a community attitude problem - no one is forcing you to go LW for drums, but if you want to be in a half competitive raid, chances are they will mandate LW just for that slight increase in DPS… everyone wants to do well and they will grasp at anything that gives them that little bit extra.
