I never got a house in ESO, however Everquest 2 had one of the best I’ve seen personally. Could place items anywhere and at any angle, elevation or whatever. I let you make stuff from other items. Our guild hall had an “upstairs” in the main hall with the stairs made out of upside down tables. (This was before building blocks were added to the game).
