There’s more to buy in the retail store. This is why their preferred method is time played. The more time in game, the more likely you are to buy something.

not gonna lie…this is a pretty bad take. its classic for a reason. you want retail stuff. GO PLAY RETAIL. it’s like some people dont know what the definition of classic is.

To acquire points faster. Because Blizzard will monkeys paw it and double the amount we have to get since the bar is in both games.
It’s also nonsensical. I’m not playing one game to earn stuff through a progress bar in another that I either rarely play or don’t play at all.

I think this is a reasonable request. I think the issue with it is the amount of classic players who flame anything new on retail. I doubt they would want to see this retail feature encroach upon their classic lifestyle. It would be another break in the #nochanges expectation the classic world keep saying is better.

I got it done day one this month and I’m not even sure how. Like I wasn’t actively trying to do it.
I feel like its getting easier and easier.
I just did some of my weekly stuff the other day and maxed it in maybe an hour lol.
For the both of you, this post wasnt made because I (or anyone else, it seems) finds it hard to complete the TP. I dont think ive missed a month since it came out.

I am not necessarily opposed to progression in Classic, I just think it’d be silly. And probably hard to track tbh given there are no achievements in Classic and it seems to lean on that system.
It was fun for a time, but having to grind renown for wow cosmetics just felt bad. It soured the experience for myself and many.
That wasn’t the intent of my post.
I don’t even bother reading what the options for trading post progress are anymore because its so easy to accidentally complete it. Not only by just playing, but just doing your usual Tuesday reset stuff for the week.
