Can we get rid of Roll the Bones?

Yep, my rogue is a Nightborne. She’s also in a skimpy mog, kinda unencumbered. I wouldn’t mind the pirate look, but it wouldn’t look right on a Nightborne. I use the ability, but don’t concern myself with anything else to do with it.

I don’t mind roll the bones but it too broad a spectrum of bones. They need to narrow it down a little bitt. Ya know so I don’t need a cheat sheet to figure out what I got.

I use slice and dice primarally myself, but I will switch occasionally when the gear and patches demand it. I’m not a fan of watching my char literally “insert word here” bricks.

The only thing I don’t like about Outlaw is that we can’t be certain of our damage spikes like our other spec’s. That means our spikes get wasted on trivial stuff. That would be ok if we had more spikes but we seem to have even amounts of damage spikes.

You just made my day! That was the first thing I thought of seeing the title.

Got to see them on this tour and loved it, despite freezing our tuckuses off.

Ok you didnt go the point at all

Assassin and Sub are COMPLETELY restricted to Daggers and Daggers alone, they cant use any type of weapons besides Daggers

1H and 2H include:
Swords
Axes
Maces
Fist weapon
Pole arm
Staff

No I did get your point, you made a thread complaining about RTB then derailed it into a transmog problem because you can’t use all weapons in transmogs. All classes are restricted in transmog.

Yeah, I love it for that. Plus, those Mage Tower rapiers are gorgeous.

You started with if you dont like then dont play it which is the typical stupid comment everyone says to people that dislike something.

I only mentioned the transmog thing because of that, Outlaw forces the pirate theme which not everyone likes, and the ability is tied to RNG, and if you dont want the abilty you sacrifice a lot of DPS since the talent SnD is really weak

You can always play Outlaw and then you can use those weapons. It’s a choice.

How is it forcing it? Combat rogues used 1 handed swords prior to legion.

Blizzard gives you and out and you don’t want to take it. SND is fine to use for most situations, you aren’t 8/8 M raiding.

Combat was a duelist and could be a pirate if you wanted, Outlaw is just a pirate and you dont want to be a pirate you get punished for it

Doesnt change the fact that the ability is weak and should be buffed (And theres many other Talents in all classes that could use a buff too)

Does my rogue look like a pirate? Of course not. Your point is invalid.

I don’t know what you mean when you say that “outlaw is just a pirate”

Like what are you referencing to? Don’t transmog a eye patch.

Again RtB forces the pirate them, and even before there was the Cannons ability

Then JUST DON"T USE IT.

It doesn’t force anything. If you’re locked into that mindset, that’s on you.

RNG Maintenance buffs are like regular Maintenance buffs, which are already bad, but now worse with extra layers of RNG.

Maintenance buffs are just a way to disguise a poorly balanced class by requiring slapped on buffs to bring it to par.

Roll the bones is just referring to dice.

dice =/= pirate

Found the Thread OP was referring

I hate RtB. Talented SnD instead. I wish they reversed SnD as baseline and RtB as talent…

I want the same, that would make Pirate theme optional like it was before with Combat
