why do you want to exclude people when it would be much kinder and friendlier to allow everyone to post?

well i think that it is very nice for people to be friendly towards one another… when people are friendly towards one another, then the world is just a brighter place and everyone is happy.
i believe that everyone should be allowed to post on these forums in order to make the world a happier place to be

the best thing about the current ignore system is that if someone posts something that i don’t want to see, all i need to do is click the ignore button and everything is fixed.
i don’t see that person post anymore and i just absolutely love the current system… it works so well

the reason is that there is no problem with the current system as it works right now.
there are no “core issues” that are problematic.

And I see the problem has chimed in to declared that the system they keep exploiting is perfect once more.

Correct. The ‘problem’ isnt the system any more than whats wrong with world isnt the law. Its the human beings that cause the problems.
So you are correct that the system itself isnt causing the issues here…PEOPLE ARE.
and because of those people who cause problems, we might have to put more controls into place IF moderation and admins believe its bad enough here to do it.
They are the ones who deal with the infractions. They alone can say if its that far gone that changes need to be made.
As far as Im concerned, yeah, Id like a two way block. And Id like to stop seeing that ‘hidden reply’ crap…personally
I believe that everyone on the forums can tell those posters to go pound sand and ignore. You don’t have free speech here and we don’t have to listen to some people drivel masked as “opinion”.
