If they did do it, i can tell you what would happen.
One side would win slightly more - other side would notice and either transfer off or quit. Thus making that side win even more. The cycle will continue till only 1 side left on the server with them asking “wheres the other side?” and then asking Blizzard to switch back to the current system so they can at least have some type of world pvp.
