Can we assume that WOW 2 is coming in about 10 years?

Even if technologically the game didn’t need updated, the story absolutely does. So eother A) the game ends or B) which is more likely, they do a massive time skip and make WoW2 where we have to live after the accomplishments of all “heroes”

Most gaming magazines and YouTube sources still rate WoW as one of the top two MMO video games. It may be hard to justify a massive rewrite if the game is doing that well. It also suggests that it may not be ending any time soon.

Of course it’s not clear how reliable the sources are for that type of information.
