Can Warriors get lust please

Bloodlust was originally an Ogre-Mage spell. From Warcraft 2:

“This enchantment is used to instill an insatiable lust for blood into a fellow warrior, causing him to enter into a savage, berserk rage. A fighter who feels this Bloodlust deals more damage to his opponents than normally could be done. Although this spell bestows no permanent effects upon one so enchanted, it has been known to push an already bloodthirsty Ogre over the edge.”

I still find it weird it’s a shaman ability, but it is what it is at this point.

How about “dying breath” . They lust when they die . Since they die all the time :man_shrugging:

Hugging the floor is the warrior way :+1:

Now I know you’re trolling. You might have had a point had you said implosion trap

But to think an aoe stun is worse than a single target freeze trap is lol.

An instant aoe stun is better than a niche freeze trap.

Because from a design perspective no tank gets bloodlust & warriors already have several group buffs, and from a story perspective warriors wouldn’t make any sense to have it.

Honestly shadowmeld and stone form is better utility then what warrior has and those are facials .

Avatar should shed poisens and stuff when activated cause it’s basically one in the same as stoneform.

but why do 3 out of 5 tanks have a brez that is instant cast as well as far as I’m concerned the balance utility wise is already broken only reason we dont see 2/3 of those tanks much in higher keys is because blizzard failed to balance them or nerfed them to me inline with warriors meanwhile they made pallys gods and are finally nerfing them

You sound like a shill that hasn’t played warrior. Some other utility? Name it.

Paladins can damn near do everything.

2 points that went over your head:

  1. We know what warriors are, you trying to mansplain warriors did not assuage the community, nor was it relevant/helpful. It was patronizing. That was my point… The fact you didn’t understand the first time I educated you means you lack self-awareness, and when you reply to this comment with something smarmy while you double-down, it’ll show your willful ignorance…
  2. Ion did address warrs in a wishy-washy way…
So again, your smarmy response is a) not wanted, b) not helpful, c) uneducated

Why are you here? To watch yourself talk while you,“grace us” with pumpkin spice text?

Technically nobody asked for your comment either, yet here we are.

I am sorry that he hasn’t graced you specifically with an answer as to why they haven’t given warriors a bloodlust equivalent. I’ll bring it up with him next time we talk. JK, I don’t know him, but do you know how many things they get asked for simply because people want it? There’s a lot of things Blizzard hasn’t given out without giving in depth responses.

Nice buzzword I guess? I’m not trying to entice you to buy Blizzard stuff, but congrats on using a word that people throw around so much these days that it’s almost meaningless.

It was wild how fast the top end can fotm reroll.

Top keys went from all prot warrior + resto shaman to all prot paladin + disc priest in like a week, despite prot warrior and resto shamans not even eating any serious nerfs.

Most high end tanks will have all 4 leveled and geared to some degree.

My guilds tanks each had 3 at max level and geared depending on how they were needed.

They started with war/guardian Druid and now are running double blood DK.

Because in their early designs in the series wach class had that. Paladins had a mass battle res in I believe WC3, druids only had a brez in vanilla and no regular resurrection spell, and DK had their battle rez and self rez ghoul form. Paladin getting a brez was neat, not sure how needed it was but it fits their class. Warrior has never had a heroism effect. They have their battle shout, rallying cry, etc. From a game balance position, they’d also be the only tank with heroism which would be pretty wild.

Nobody gave a good reason why warrior should get it.

Fair point, but an ability that goes RARHWRJRWHJRARHAAKRWWRRH is absolutely something a Warrior should be doing.

From a thematic perspective, I think a lust for warriors make perfect sense.

Call it “War Cry” or “War Shout”

But from a balance perspective, we’d need to give a other class a brez.

Perhaps monks? Or a new class in TLT

Everybody knows that paladins should get hero and it should be called fury of the light. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Gotta love how the players that play the catered classes (hunters, pallies) come in and try to convince Warriors they’re fine and don’t need anything. Tell us you’ve never played a warrior without saying it.

These are probably the same a-holes that go up to homeless veterans on the street and tell them that they’re actually better off than they think they are and don’t need assistance, all the while texting on the latest iPhone.

Sir this is a wendy’s

Warriors aren’t veterans you goof. Warriors have always been a selfish me me class. The type of person that plays warrior long term has proven they care more about their own fun than the group. M+ viability is now an issue so warriors are now crying about utility. Reroll if you want lust, or brez.
