To be honest I don’t care at all about the cat or the gear. All of it is meaningless as I can just wait for the expansion and gear up fast in greens/blues while flying on my dragon.
I want the cat so I don’t have to think about it and rush last week to get it. Might as well do it in the first three rather than the last

First 3 weeks is when most the mains are rushing for it. After that, most people don’t care to needlessly slam their face into a wall for loot that will potentially be replaced sometime next expansion.
Edit: A mediocre chance at even getting loot…

But there will still be groups forming regardless of what you our your guild do. Pretending there won’t be is kind of weird.

Its literally the only added content? Why would anyone care about “new” gear when the next release is an expansion where its useless?

Sort of does. If nothing else you can buy a carry that’ll get cheaper every month.
Getting 60 Dinars (for two extra bis guaranteed) + players that missed a week/bosses/etc will exist
Ironic. I can say the exact same about you and the people complaining. I will do this achievement 3 weeks after slightly gearing through LFR. I’ll have like a 260 ilvl and when I roll those 3 raids I will post a humble “I told you so”.

Because I have a lot going on in september / october after school with vacations etc and house work so pretty much the only thing I would basically be able to do is collect mogs and do the occasional keystone or raid with friends that still need help.

Because they are part of that entitlement generation that believe the world should bow to their every whim. I was hopeful that most of those people would stay out of this genre and stick with mobile or single player games.
That’s not really the demographic doing the complaining though. It’s the LFR crowd worried about being able to get into groups as the season progresses because they expect gear requirements for groups to keep increasing.
It’s rare a late-thread response is as ignorant as the early-thread responses.

Yes, I know that. It is in regards to the LFR players being unable to find groups, period, because those groups will dry up over time as well.
You literally don’t have 1-2 hours a WEEK to spare to get a mount you want?
You realize how silly you sound, right? I’m a landlord with several properties, I work a 60+ hour work week pretty much every week. I have a family who ask for my help constantly and kids and a wife who I have to wait on daily and I will get this mount.

And not right now no! Some of the mounts I want you have to go into the instances and farm or wait periods of time.
