if you were to nerf their cds, they are a cd based healer so you would actually have to compensate in other ways.
you cant just NERF stuff guys, if you simply just nerf it, then the game becomes dull, you can tune it to not be so focused on cds.
i say this as a pally who believes there needs to be some changes made
