Can someone explain why the heroic dungeon queue takes 15+min in a game with probably 100k+ active players?

Yeah idk I’d think if it’s a popular expansion and sold well, and the first season of that expansion it’d probably be upwards of 300-500k in the game as concurrent in the world.
