Also don’t forget that doing 8 pieces of World Content doesn’t get you more Vault rewards, just gives you more OPTIONS with the Vault rewards. That’s why I only bother doing 4 delves at most. Between that and a couple of Mythics I get more than enuf choices in the vault. And if they all suck then it’s 6 tokens.
completing Delves at Tiers 8 to 11 awards Runed Ethereal Crests, with the number earned scaling upward at higher tiers. It’s also worth using Restored Coffer Keys in these Delves, as they guarantee extra rewards via Delver’s Journey progress and can even yield Gilded Ethereal Crests.
I cap gilded crests from lvl 8 delves every week you can only get 3 out of delves .
I think you are mistaken. You can’t get gilded crests from bountiful chests, and you can’t get gilded crests at all from 8’s aside from using a delvers bounty, which still yields less than if you did an 11.

He’s not saying you get them from bountiful chests, you get them from the gilded chests at the end of rank 11 delves. He could have been more clear.
Three gilded chests and a bounty gives you 31 gilded a week.
Just verified in-game. That flag is for Delver’s Bounty acquisition (“you looted one this week”).
Which makes sense, since there is no restriction on usage: you can loot one this week, use it and clear no delves. Next week, you can loot another one, clear a delve with the buff from previous week and get a hidden chest. Use the one from the current week, clear another delve with the buff and get another hidden chest on the same week.

I you use the delver’s bounty on a T11 that is not bountiful, do you still get the ten gilded crests?
Yes, you will from the hidden cache (epic chest) as well as a piece of hero gear.

As an additional note, you get it even if you run out of lives. You just have to finish the delve.

I tested on some junk alts only wanting N/H sets.
Using a map in D6 gives 678 veteran, in D7 a 684 champ.

I’m pretty sure they changed how the map works. I think it’s bound to the level of the Delve you pick it up in, meaning if you pick it up in a 6, the loot you get from the map is worse than if you picked it up in an 8. Which used to not be the case, the map wasn’t tied like that.

You can use a Delver’s Bounty on any delve, Bountiful or not. Same Hidden Chest reward at the end.
You can usually use it at ANY time. But if you already killed the Boss in a Delve, you have to wait till the next delve.

You are wrong. You can farm 1s and get a Bounty (not likely though since the drop rate is connected to tier of delve). And then use it on an 11.
They’re thinking of how it worked in season 1.
Maps only drop in D4 or higher. Can’t get or use them in anything lower.

Yeah, as long as you can finish it, you can do it on any T11.
