I don’t mind some armor being under the certain level since you didn’t get it yet but seriously? I’m joining groups who are HEAVILY undergeared with 410 armor everywhere on their character or 390?
Come on people don’t screw others like this and prepare yourself for dungeons not rush it with lack of gear.

No one is screwing you over, if they’re inviting people to M+ regardless of gear they could be friends of the group owner, or they just don’t care
Again, just make your own and avoid the whole hassle, you take a casual look at their ILvl and accept or deny joining

It does screw players over since it AFFECTS the group because they can’t deal enough damage to defeat a boss.

It’s up to the person with the key. If it isn’t your key, drop group if you don’t like the makeup of the group. It isn’t hard.

Just join the groups asking for 450+ item level for +9s.

It ain’t your group, you willingly followed a bunch of undergeared folks into a M+, at this point presuming because you don’t want to burn your own keys
Probably my last post, and I’m sorry you’re frustrated, but again, your own groups will literally solve every single issue you’re complaining about there
You don’t need to pay 100k, you can work up to those keys, and make a group pushing those keys, heck you’re in a guild, even
