Yeah people being blinded by ‘sale’ and then having more money than sense always ends up being a good bit of laughter at their expense.
I don’t see why not, I’ve been sitting on character transfers for 6 months now, not to mention I have several level boosts sitting there too.
I know you didn’t ask me, but I’m sitting on 5 or 6 transfers right now because I want to eventually put all my Alliance characters on Silver Hand and all my Horde on Farstriders. I bought a 6 pack when they went on sale early this year. I’d imagine the person you did ask, did the same thing “just in case”.
I hate to break it to you, but depending on how long you have played (and thus subbed), you fall into that bracket as well. Don’t think about that though, when you think about it, it’s kind of scary!
Iirc, it was $37.50 USD for 6 Transfers, on sale. Previous to purchasing the bundle, I would buy one at a time for $17.50 (I didn’t realize at first that there WERE bundles!) so when I saw the bundle price I just got that instead.
I potentially could because I have more than 5 characters I want to move off TB. That said, I’ve been a WoW customer for 20 years and I know better than to even try something like that!

I understand your point of view as a spouse and parent. However, the person with the stockpiles may be single and childless. They may play only WoW. In that scenario, stocking up on a bunch of services while they are on sale makes sense and isn’t a waste of money to them. Lots of people from all walks of life play WoW.
Having played WoW since I was 19, and having been single and childless during some of that time, there has never been a time that purchasing 30 of each of these would have not been a waste of money.
I believe so yes.
I have a character boost I got clear back in shadowlands (for pre purchase) that is still sitting on my account. It’s been years and it’s still there available to use, so I’m sure you’re safe to wait
I assume you’re trolling because gas is something you will 100% use, a better example would be “you go to the store and deadbolt locks are on sale for 5 dollars instead of 30 so I buy 100.”
While possibly I probably never have to replace that many locks so it’s a waste of money.
