I noticed the map says 10-55 - 10-60 for the zones in shadowlands. Can i go there with a level 10 character to level?
Yes you can. (Although you may need to use Chromie Time to start it before 48.) Keep in mind that if you just do the main storyline, you may not make it all the way to 60, so it’s probably a good idea to do some of the side quests as well.
