I’m a believer in consequences for your actions, and this is one of those moments. Unfortunately I doubt it’s going to end in your favor.

Thing is. I don’t need to have it gone forever to have learned that lesson. I do believe this will end in my favor. When? I don’t know, but I wont stop trying.
That’s just selfish behavior and I hope you don’t get it back tbh. Kids these days don’t understand that there are consequences for their actions and demand things even when they did the complete opposite to deserve them.

I know the feeling. I tried to quit the game back in Cataclysm because I thought it was taking up too much of my time as a new freshman in college. I deleted all of my characters and destroyed my physical authenticator.
A couple of years later I was feeling much more responsible with my time management skills, so I decided to recover the account (of course there’s a way to recover an account without the authenticator with a five second google search, not sure why I thought that would work).
Had to start completely from scratch. The only real losses I care about today are Rhok’delar, my tamable slime pet, and my exalted status with the Zandalari Tribe.
After a while they introduced the character undelete feature, which I was really excited for. I was finally going to get my hunter back! But then it turned out it only worked on characters that had been deleted when the feature was introduced or any time afterwards. My original character had been deleted for years at that point. He’s never coming back.
Take pride in the knowledge that you used to own the item. If it turns out it can be obtained from the BMAH then that’s awesome, too.
I’ve have an account recovered with every deleted toon from years past. I just haven’t had the same luck with this account. I’ve been very lucky with my original account though. The services are available, they are just reluctant to use them. Gotta keep trying.
