I’m tired of people who either refuse trying to win or just intentionally trolling in blitz or shuffle… Why are these unsportsmanlike lesser than human beings allowed to play any of the competitive modes?

I’m currently being targeted by the BGB cabal because I trashed talked and farmed some of their members with a lot of influence. Every time I get close to the high lobbies they throw instantly.
I was warned about this early on by someone who knows these people and he told me “all these guys do is throw for each other.” I guess in a dying game where the population is very small they can get away with this and nothing really happens. Unfortunate really.

Idk your rating, but generally speaking, the rival bracket is an absolute cesspit. You have half the players who are probably legit rivals/duelists and want to win, and then some smaller percentage of players who have absolutely no business being in a 1.8k+ lobby.
Basically, making the starting MMR 1800 was a massive mistake. This isn’t even about playing bad or making mistakes (literally every single mage has greeded block, every single warrior has leaped to Africa behind a pillar and died out of los of their healer, every single healer has greeded trinket and thrown a game in the opener, etc etc), but as you said, literally just giving up, trolling/griefing, or outright ragequitting and sending all the DPS back into another forever queue where half of them lose rating because they couldn’t play out the 3-3.
But, on the other hand, you almost can’t even blame them because, as said, they had no business being there in the first place. Like, “welcome to the arena bud, enjoy getting curb stomped for 20 games in a row until your MMR matches your CR, gl hf”, obviously players are going to get frustrated, or if they’re really new along with being bad, have no clue what they’re even doing wrong. It’s just an all around terrible system, and juicing up starting MMR was the absolute laziest way blizzard could have approached the deflated ratings problem.

How about if dps has a single cd they could press and die without pressing them ALL, they get perma’d?
No they have to permaban mean words instead.
I trash talked the streamer who’s name starts with S (few others too) and every time I get close to a high lobby they throw and his underlings throw on alts . Last game I was in with him he didn’t even heal me once. I got second hand healing from his healing stream totem. Quite childish behavior if you ask me.
They do all of this trash talking and the second someone does it back they troll and throw games. It should be bannable. But I guess they currently are banned on their main due to griefing, but they just make an extra account. It should be a Battlenet ban + hardware.

Yup. Dude and his friends and basically all of his discord underlings throw my games.
I farmed him and the guy who’s name starts with a Y and went on his stream to trash talk him after each win lol.
I beat them like 6 times in a row and had 3200 mmr from it.

They trash talk all the time. And there’s a lot of innocent bystanders who get caught in the crosshairs. It’s spineless behavior.
There’s another one whose name starts with D and is four letters too. Basically all the top players are just win traders with each other if you pay close enough attention to all their politics. Players with huge egos who are actively killing this PvP mini game.
as much as i find swole annoying, the top of the ladder is willing and most likely has done something petty like that. MOST of the people at the top of the laddar are not good people.
For another season? I don’t know. 
I wouldn’t say most but there’s so many of them that it seems like that.
Actually, it probably is most. My only problem with this is that it’s easier to notice the loudest people when in reality there’s a lot of good players who queue and don’t get caught in drama.
Anyways, people who grief lobbies should get battlnet bans after a certain amount of times. They can’t just ban accounts because these people will create a wow6.
