Arthas was getting beat by people in questing greens before the Cataclysm prepatch even hit, I donât think heâs getting past Ultra Instinct.

Arthas has been training in a X250 gravity chamber with Zovaal during the shadow lands. The whole evaporating whisp thing was a front.

Considering even the Titans get bullied (Argus literally saying âNuh uhâ to a Titan who claims that âtime bends to his willâ) Dragonball characters end up winning in the powerscaling department. Blame the reasoning on the way âGetting beat up means you become stronger than the one who beat you upâ works over there.
Arthas could probably beat pre-Namek Goku and since Frostmourne takes souls and all that there wouldnât have been the whole Kai training montage and that would have been it. If you take any of the characters after that point, however, DBZ characters start get bonkers.

The funny thing about Yamcha is that he is actually one of the strongest humans on earth lol. Tien too, but since heâs like half triclops (which explains the third eye thing) he doesnât count I think. I just forgot where Krillan falls into.

this is what killed dragonball for me. power creep just kept expanding without any foreseeable end in sight. everyone is as strong or stronger as the story deems at any given time. goku and co. cheering that they overcame the big bad after a long hard battle and then the announcer proclaims that another, stronger big bad has arrived⊠i just cant.
