Ever since prepatch I’ve been unable to see rain. I can hear the sound effects and see the changing sky, but I can’t actually see the rain itself. Is this a bug or can I change weather settings somehow?

On the Menu > System > Graphics. Look under Effects for Particle Density setting. Try turning that up to higher settings.
