No not at the same scale but the ratio is pretty out of wack. The open world is pretty empty of alliance 60s interested in pvp. So instead of 10-20 horde sitting at thorium point its like 3-4.

The reason people know these stories is because it is the exception to the normal gameplay in WOW, and were notorious because people couldn’t believe how much of an A hole they could be.

Ummmm Horde tend to not to PvP when they don’t have 10+ brethren hanging around with them at the flight path, boat, docks or BRM path. … except, of course, a certain undead rogue on Arugal who would sit in IF 24/7 probably dying more than killing … but hey he was a bit different.

And every horde player would argue this towards alliance. Its not faction specific.

The problem isn’t that Horde are doing it the problem is the Alliance aren’t.

Alliance and Horde are at war on pvp servers. Join in the war or go to a pve server is a legitimate and only answer.

Pvp is happening on my pvp server.
Participate or transfer to pve.

So every alliance flight path world wide is being camped constantly by 4-5 horde each. It can take 3-4 deaths to get away. This is toxic. Fix their queue times so they can leave.

Ive spent more than 70% of my game time the last two days dead corpse running because I am immediately killed in town by multiple horde just waiting.

Wasn’t a problem when I leveled this toon on PvP… but quickly became a problem with my alts.

So… I transferred off. Money well spent… because time (wasted corpse running) is money friend.

World PvP? Meh. It’s instanced.

Reroll to PVE. It makes the game so much better. If you aren’t (can’t due to faction balance) world PvPing, then it’s way more fun.

I went from PvP alliance to PVE horde. Made the game much more enjoyable. Friends followed and are also loving it.
