I am in a weird state where I had started the Shandris breadcrumb quests over two weeks ago but only the past few days continued questing into the Emerald Dream for transmogs, only to find no weeklies available to me despite all the NPCs being where they ought to be, the quest chains having advanced past Home in the Dream, etc. I have no idea how to fix it.
