I looked into it as much as I could. That’s exactly what it feels like. A lot of other players are also experiencing the issue. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested to no avail. The only thing left is to cancel my recurring and not log in for a couple months to see if they fixed it. That’s what I normally do when these issues have come up over the years. Eventually they’ll get to it and I can play again.
