I have suspicions that an addon might be involved here. You may want to test that with a Default UI. Addons often don’t disable well or have already caused their mischief in the WTF.
As I mention this will be a test. If it occurs on the default UI you can return to your original settings. To do that remove the OLD suffix from your original WTF and Interface folders. Delete the new folders the Bnet launcher installed.
I would run the Cvar command you find under “Advanced Troubleshooting” on that Support page
