But for the majority of players, covenants will be fine. And this is coming from a pessimist…
People will be picked for picking the wrong covenant.
But People kick for pretty much any reason they want. I was kicked from a LfD group for playing a gnome once.
Odds are, if you get kicked for such a stupid reason, you’re better off.

No. I dont. I try to leave crude language out of the game. If I vote to kick someone for playing a gnome, its usually for “Playing a gnome”. Im a very simple gnome hater.
These are people on a mission from God. They think readers are stupid and will believe whatever lame rationales they contrive to keep people from abandoning the sinking ship. Especially they think casuals are so stupid they can’t tell whether they’re having fun and don’t play the game anyway.

Yes, like they always were, for the most varied number of reasons imaginable, the main ones being “You don’t have aotc” and “your raider io score is suboptimal”. Why would they care about covenants when they have way better performance metrics to work with?

Keep covering for devs. You’re not very good at manufacturing lame rationales, but no doubt it makes you feel better to say that casuals are going to be deliriously happy because they don’t play the game and can’t even tell what a group is.
You seem to be copying and pasting a lot from that checklist where now you’re blaming casuals for choosing the wrong race. Good work, do you get a bonus for making the community a worse place to be in?

We did already give it a chance though.
Every expansion with it’s borrowed power has been the same rinse and repeat broken promises of “balance and choice”.
Now with launch like a month away it’s VERY hard to think that based on what we currently DO SEE that things will magically be better in 1 single puny month.
You listed choice of race as only one of the reasons why casuals may be making themselves non-viable, and more important than covenant, the entire basis of the upcoming expansion.
So basically dishonest.
Maybe I’m being an optimist prime on this one but we could be surprised on how it turns out to be in game. I’m just saying, we try it then we flame their a** if its bad lol
