About us: We are a casual mythic guild that likes to challenge ourselves and push as far as we can and get loot. We have laid back requirements, but we are here for progression so we expect you to play enough outside of raid to avoid falling behind. We try to keep a fun and upbeat atmosphere but we expect people to be able to take criticism and learn from their mistakes. Many of us also like pushing M+ getting 1400-1800 io last season, and hope to go higher this season. We don’t generally save lockouts, preferring to fish for upgrades and stay fresh on our farm content. We still do heroic (clearing all of heroic and our 3 mythic farm bosses in about 2.5 hours, leaving about 3.5 hours per week for progression), but are moving the first 3 bosses to our optional Tuesday offnight to make more time for progression.
Expectations: We understand that people can’t make every raid, but we expect people to post in discord if they can’t make a raid or will be late. Also you should be able to make about 85% of raid days. Performance and consistency are the two main determining factors for being brought to progression bosses (though composition needs take priority).

More About the Bench: Since people can’t always make every raid we aim to have a roster of about 25-27 people (we are currently at 24). This means that everyone should expect to sometimes be on the bench. This is somewhat performance and consistency based for progression bosses, but we like to get everyone rotated in on farm to get experience on bosses and get gear they need. Our goal is to keep everyone interested so that we can always have 20 people online for raid. Even players likely to be benched should show up for the start of raid nights or post in discord if they won’t be there.
