I am enjoying the tone of this thread.
Honestly the only actual use we could get out of this character is if Kel’thuzad breaks Arthas out of the Maw and when Calia tries to see if there’s any good left in him, Arthas just straight kills her.
Boom Calia dead, Arthas unredeemable. Two birds, one stone.

She’s as much of one as Lilian is. She might even be more considering Lilian’s total opposition to being the Forsaken’s actual leader.

Eh if it were up to me I’d have both of them take on leader duties. Calia for emotional stuff. Voss for combat

She is 100% present as the Undead representative any and every time the Horde leaders are assembled.
They are 100% pushing her as more than just an advisor.
