its even more dumb because being forsaken isnt even about being undead , its about like their name implies being forsakened and betrayed by those they loved and trusted
there is a grp of leper gnomes who are part of the forsaken and are considered forsaken because normal gnomes saw them as mad and diseased and treated them like human treated the forsakens , those gnomes have more right to call themselve forsaken then calia does
she is undead yes but not forsaken , she was never seen and treated as a monster , she was never rejected and hated and despised by her loved ones and by her people and even by her own gods , the forsaken were forsakened by the light itself , where her even the light embraces and accepted her , she is the complete opposite of what being a forsaken is
