“Aurora” on Atiesh Alliance, after 2 tries on Thursday, we came back to try once again on Razorgore. On our 2nd attempt on Saturday, we had 1 egg left with pretty much the full raid up. Our MCer was mid cast on destroy egg for the final egg when they were killed. Razorgore went hostile and immediately despawned. The rest of the adds wiped the group and a hunter FD. As far as im aware the adds are supposed to kill Razorgore and he’s not supposed to despawn in this manner. We all came back and re-entered to find the gate to the room shut with our hunter still on the inside the orcs nor Razorgore respawning. We tried various methods of allowing a soft reset, such as having everyone completely step away for about 30 minutes to an hour before attempting to re-enter. Finding the gate still shut and nothing respawned.

I removed the first one, and if their ticket system was proper, this would be alot easier
