Why would you guys nerf this before it even goes live, like ffs it wasn’t even going to be THAT strong plus it’s much harder to use than say anguish in M+. It was maybe pulling as much DPS ST as digits and is more fun to use imo, but now it’s completely worthless even with this “buff”, what’s the point if our gameplay isn’t changing at all.

I think I found out why.

I believe it was always meant to be a niche legendary and they saw it becoming universally useful and decided it was too much.
What changes they make?
Was 100% immo buff, now it’s 65%.
i still think it will be good, i cant see that nerf being so bad where its not even competitive
