Burning Crusade Classic Season 3 Ends May 3

I sympathize with the players unable to fully buy gear… But really who cares at this point. Tbcc’s rated pvp implementation has been handled so hilariously poorly top to bottom that its just irrelevant if the seasons are short and frankly arguably for the best. Fix the underlying problems so people actually want to play the gdamn thing, THEN worry about how long it lasts. The duration is irrelevant until the actual product doesn’t suck.

This is truly the worst decision blizzard has made in all of TBCC - and that’s saying something. I just canceled my sub on my 2nd account because there’s no point playing if there isn’t enough time to actually do stuff. 0% chance I play wrath with these decisions.

Hilariously PServers are putting out a superior product atm.

Solo queu 3v3 bracket… actually going ham on gold sellers/bots (though I’ll be fair, they’re doing so because they themselves are usually selling themselves and don’t want competition)… actually doing bug fixes.

I never post, but came here to say this is way too soon. PvE is just ramping up as everyone gets ready for speed runs, and even people getting top tier arena points are just finishing their sets. Most casuals and hardcore alike agree that this is not an appropriate time to end.

Very poor decision to decide to speed through the best content phase of TBC, both PvE and PvP enjoyers are feeling like they’re getting f’d over, it is obvious Blizzard does not care about the playerbase and will milk Classic as much as they can, def not putting myself through this again into Wrath.

its actually insane how they have just decided to do this and not care about what and how it impacts players. obviously no one wants the season to end this soon but they still just goes ahead with it

Way too soon. What the heck is going on over there?

TBC is going to end up being over in just over a year at this rate. Way too fast.

Stop it. Say you made a mistake. Delay this by a month AT LEAST.

I’ve been on a 2050 5’s team for 2 months now. I don’t have all my gear yet.

I got friends who are more casual, but get points almost every week (missed two I think). They just got their 3rd piece of arena gear.

ZA felt rushed. BT had just come out.

Now this feels rushed as hell. I’m not at all tired of BT yet, and poof now there is a new raid? Cut it out.

Stop rushing it for internal deadlines or targets you want to hit. Damnit blizzard. This type of crap is why people don’t trust your company anymore. This is why your brand went from being known as the best, to being known as the worst.

They don’t care.

They want to milk the “Wrath waiting room” playerbase aka Wrath babies as soon as possible.

and that begs the question
once the Rush of the Lich King ends…
then what?
Dragonlands? yeah sure

Yup, just like they milked the ‘tbc waiting room’ playerbase

This is what I was thinking. Constant inaction with bots since classic, almost zero listening to the community untill they threw us a bone on a couple things in TBC (qol things), solution for a crowded server in classic was to destroy 2 servers with transfers (the echoes of which are still felt in server populations now), months and months of people begging for help with their dead server, and now insanely rushed phases to push out the next expansion as quick as possible and get the sub blip before End of year, and have it line up better with their latest retail patch.

I don’t know if I can do this for Wrath. Even though I love that expansion, it might be better to just not start.

True. But, IMO, it’s gonna be “worse” in Wrath.

Fiscal quarters are an imaginary construct. It’s painfully obvious that you don’t care about the game at all and just want wrath out before some arbitrary date. Seriously spitting in the face of anyone who loves tbc

Great news, now just do the right thing and release Wrath early to mid July

Even season of mastery is on a slower content release pace compared to classic tbc, this makes no sense, what the hell.

Makes me not even want to play Wrath if everything is just going to be so rushed.

It would be nice if you guys would explain what you were thinking when you made objectively terrible decisions like this.

This is absurdly too fast, quit rushing the game.
