Participated in 3 hunts. Game won’t give me credit towards the weekly to “Participate in a Hunt”

In fact, I didn’t even notice when the hunt participation got added. When I picked up the weekly earlier, it was only the rep grind.
Finally was able to complete it on the 5th attempt. I did nothing special. I stood there, did nothing, and let other people finish it out of protest and it completed for me.
