I cannot complete the “Rule 6: Concealment is Everything” quest in the maw, because no Broker Hunting Runes are spawning. This quest awards access to the beastwarrens, but for some reason I already had access, but I’m not sure how. Anyhow, I go to the beastwarrens, click the item that stops the fear mechanic (although like I said, I already have access because that fear doesn’t happen anymore) then it tells me to collect broker hunting runes. I go to the location, and I know I’m in the right place because I watched a video on the quest to be sure, but there is nothing at all there. Nothing to kill, nothing to interact with.

Hmm odd.
There was a quest marker on your way to the quest spot, have you tried picking that up too? I don’t remember it phasing the area but maybe it does now.
What other Maw related quests do you have in your log, if any? It looks like a phasing issue of some sort.
def seems like phasing. ive tried to pick up the quest near the area, that is to kill some guy over there as well, but surprise, he’s not there. I will go thru my quest log and see, perhaps i will dump any maw related quests and see what happens. thanks for the advice
Dumping doesn’t always fix phasing, often they need to be completed. I would recommend completing rather than abandoning any maw quests.
I had this one bugged on an alt for a while and didn’t even have the item to click anymore. Dropping that quest and picking it up fixed it for me–I did have to use the clicky thing even though it was irrelevant. There’s phasing during this quest after the on use item and it didn’t happen for you. Try dropping the quest and picking it up again?
Just FyI: I remember seeing a post on here a while ago, where A player had a Gm tell them that there is a solid chance that if you get to max reknown/max Rep with Venari at this time, you might be in the same boat with the rest of us & out of luck with getting the mount and pet rewards.
As they know that this issue exists, and want us to submit a ticket, even though they don’t have a fix for it.
The OP contacted me and let me know it was indeed a phasing issue. They had a few other quests that were phasing the area, though I do not know which quests were the culprit.
So if any future users are having this issue, see what other quests you have that take place in the Maw and finish those up!
