BUG: Progression Halting Issue - Sweeping up - Shipping and Handling quest

I am currently trying to complete the Shipping and Handling quest on my character Beefbubbles in the undermine zone - its called "Sweeping up " - none of the dirt is spawning by the Gallywix Statue? Its been stuck like this for 3-4 days.

Please help I cant do any of the shipping and handling without first completing this.

Been having this same issue myself for some time now. Always have to start over once I get to this quest. Very frustrating!
