I’m playing with my friend “Nautatao”, a Draenei Shaman in the sever Frostmourne. My character is “Naotaitao”, a Draenei Mage. I just bought an “Iron Skyreaver” from the WOW store as a gift to her. She has received the gift and got the mount. However, the icon of the mount is always red, and it shows she is not qualified to ride it. She has learned mount riding before, and other mounts are fine to ride. We have tried to disable addons and relog, but it did not work. She is a new player who just came into Azeroth, and she really loves this mount. I really hope this issue can be fixed before she became disappointed. Please help us! Thank you!
