Bug in Theater of Pain

Hi,

I encountered a bug during a 18+ Gorechop in Theater of Pain.
I died during the boss fight and my body just dropped through the floor and went underground. Then the system just kicked me offline.
When I tried a few times to go back online again, the system just kept kicking me offline. At the end I manged to come back online and we finished the run, but unfortunately we couldn’t time that key because we wasted around 5 mins there.

I would like to hear back from the development team about why is this kind of bugs still happening after 3 month of releasing shadowlands.

I had the same bug for the second time tonight. Got hit by chains, fell thru the floor, couldn’t move, so I died, then my body ended up on the platform where Kul’tharok was. So stinking annoying.
