Its TBC, same as the current preparation buff thats in bg’s now, theres no reason to not have both

There is no logical reason for it to cost mana after you ress. It should be exactly as it is in the starting area.
There’s no logical reason to expect free buffs if you keep throwing yourself at the enemy in suicide assaults

Incorrect, you get free buffs at the start.
Let’s not call it “free” as mage water is free. You shouldn’t lose that much time buffing and drinking. It adds NOTHING positive to the game but adds a TON of negative to the game.
Its pretty simple logic. They did this in 2019 and SOM. I don’t know if its that way in SOD but they just forgot to fix it in Annivers
You only start once. Killing enemy players costs them their buffs unless they want to take the time to rebuff. Killing them has less strategic value if they can immediately come back at full strength.
