The problem with broad statements like “across the board ranked lowest dps of the game atm” is that it doesn’t take much effort to look that information up and confirm it’s inaccurate.
Does aff need buffs in single target? Probably, as it’s lagging a decent bit behind, but considering the AoE nuking power of the spec, as seen on fights like Prototype, the spec is certainly playable.
If anything, they should throw another 20-25% on UA (maybe slap a .9 pvp modifier on there), give MR a 10% buff, change nothing else and it’d be perfectly fine. Napkin math says that’s easily another 500-600 dps if I sample a fight like Skolex. With BiS gear, those buffs would be a 1k dps gain.
