Buff 'On a Paler horse'?

What use is ‘On a Paler Horse’? It cannot be used in Dungeons, Raids, Delves, Pvp 10 Battlegrounds, Epic Battlegrounds, EVEN INDOORS AREAS.

The idea is ‘good’, Use a Horse to be perpetually 100% bonus movement speed in combat or otherwise, But what use is it when the ‘ONLY’ use it has, it’s severely outclassed by any Dragonflying mount? It doesnt reduce roots, snares, or slows, So Death’s Advance/ Wraith Walk outclass it in freeing effects.

Am I missing a ‘Niche’ usage for this talent?

To my knowledge, no you are not missing anything. Its really just the illusion of choice and was added imo for flavor, especially for early gameplay displays of the hero system.

They should just combine it rather than choosing. It only exists solely for world content and isn’t even worth changing to except to farm bloody tokens (which are now irrelevant).
