As a person of color, I’d prefer Blizzard keep the mount as it is.
Nobody should buy this mount, instead, buy tokens and get WoW for free for years! If you need more auctioneers, get engineering!

I’ve been dabbling in the arts of multi-boxing the past few weeks. This mount shall be mine before pre-patch.
Suddenly, the mount will be only 1mil a month before prepatch just because people wanted it. Not. They only wanna bleed the rich! They ain’t getting my money!

No, no. If you want true epic trolling they do everything you say but not for 6+ million gold. They sell it for 110k gold, about what a token sells for.
I never understood why they didn’t offer a smaller single person version.
The Travelers Tundra Mammoth was WotLK’s gold sink mount. But it had other cheaper versions available(with no vendors and single person). MoP added the Yak, but it had cheaper versions too(again, no vendors and single use).
Shame they didn’t do that for the Brutosaur.

I wouldn’t mind an alternative brutosaur w/o the AH turtles at a more reasonable price.
They could even make him smaller.

Well they could avoid that by making the cheaper one not as fancy. Like trim packages on a car.
That way the guys who could afford the one w/ the AH turtle can still strut their Brutosaur LX.

That will NEVER fly, OP. I get what you’re driving at, and I would love that, too, but the people who spent a year of their lives playing AH to get the brutosaur would riot…and I wouldn’t blame them.

Tbh I don’t even see the appeal in the mount. I think he’s too large, his saddle is very ugly, and he overpowers the players around him. I wish they made some smaller brutosaur mounts that were for rep or something.

Yep, special items are what make this game unique… I’m glad Blizz isn’t budging on things like the Mage Tower. And I’m not the type of person to have very many “special” items. Rhok’delar is about the only one…

I wouldn’t even bother wasting gold on it. It’s ugly as sin. Plus I’m willing to bet that they’ll add different versions of this mount(minus the vendors) later on.
