Yes!
Only issue would be if you toggle “Broken” it should unlock the Rogue Spec, because there is plenty of Broken-Rogues. I also think there should be a questline to unlock them, and make it mandatory if you desire to unlock the broken. Don’t make it a -you must-, just a sideline if you desire the Broken as a playable race, It should never be hidden under a time gait or reputation.

I also find ARs somewhat problematic in that a lot of them could have been implemented as mere customizations in a much larger pool of visual options to draw on as opposed to only having a handful of options, which were all fairly one dimensional.

Lightforged, Mag’har, Highmountain, Mechagnomes, Dark Irons should all just be customization subraces.

Draenei should be rogues anyway there’s tons of draenei NPC rogues in game.

That’s a good idea and I’ve seen it suggested for other races, San’layn for Blood Elves for example.

It would also be a cool way to unlock more classes, as you mentioned.

And customization subraces should be fully handled in the same way that allied races have currently been. Voice lines, racials, heritage armor, mounts, fitting classes etc.
