I haven’t had many issues with WoW over the years. I was completely surprised to find there is no longer a way to contact accounting by phone anymore.

The current COVID situation has Game Masters working from home, which has impacted methods of contact.
The phone number was retired quite some time ago, it was abused by those who did not have a billing or account issue.

Under normal, non-covid, circumstances, they have both a callback and a web chat options but they need to be in the office to use them.
