they don’t care. community and communication is not their priority. Mobile games and saving every penny are. Blizzard is dead. There is only activision now.

The torch and pitchfork emporium is now open.

is there any CMs left to even read the forums or is it just a place for players to discuss things among themselves?

We’ll miss you yak. I hope they bring him back. I don’t know if our words will help, but I’ll post a gif in his honor and hope that Blizzard will see how sad we are about this.

Rehire Aerythlea too. She is the Yak’s equivalent on the EU forums.

They really don’t. Blizzard quality used to mean something. Now it’s just a soulless shell of what used to be a great company.

Bring him back!

I’d like one of each, extra large sized, thanks.

Back when they did the last round of layoffs several years ago, some 600 people were let go, and the areas hardest hit were QA and QC. Is it any wonder that we’ve seen so many bugs and problems with BfA, from pre-launch, to launch, to content patches, and even new feature activation during BfA?

Now in terms of CM’s we’ve gone from a half dozen blues regularly posting in GD back in the day down to basically just having the Baby Yak around these parts lately, and they kept him on a short leash. Then today they let him go, too.

Just shows you what we can expect in terms of communications going forward from Blizz. And yet I’m sure we’ll continue to see them claiming they are working towards “improved communications” in most Q&A’s.

Looks like his job is a nice pile of ashes :joy::joy::joy:

Just checked twitter. She doesn’t seem to have been sacked.

Yet (._. )

Only NA people got sacked. CMs, artists, social media positions is what I’ve heard got cut a bit.

For now. Read Brack’s message. He mentions in the coming months this “restructuring” will be spreading to departments overseas.
