Bring back Titanforging

Nope hard pass on any of your opinions.

This just doesn’t suit your agenda or vision of the game.

Of course it doesn’t. Lol. This isn’t a profound statement.

All the information you need is before you and at your finger tips.

It’s better if you research it yourself.

As for me I’m pretty darn sure boosting would lose its luster a bit if MAX TITANFORGING was a thing again.

I’ll be clear as well that I don’t have any problem with gold boosting. But it indeed is the true endgame of WoW now.

So you have no proof, and your statement is not valid.

Cool, I guess. Reportable under troll category.

Your not in a position to ask me for anything.

That’s what’s really funny.

Yeah, the idea there was exactly that… you get good gear in the form of time saved. It gives you a slight advantage, and it can slot into the current design organically.

I think titanforging on random World Quest and leveling quest items is a great idea, perhaps up to the valor upgrade Ilvl cap, effectively just skipping a bit of grind.

If you get a Korthia Purple and it’s ‘forged’ up to upgrade rank 5 already that would be a great idea for casuals and wouldn’t exactly threaten the holy 1%.

wouldn’t do anything for me - I like RNG. I hate the grind systems.

You’re presenting “boosting rises in popularity because of removal of Titanforging” as fact because you deny coincidences to these 2 events happening, without any evidence.

This makes it an opinion, and a wrong one at that.

If anyone’s being funny, it’s obviously not me.

RNG is arguably more of a grind than filling a bar every week. So, that’s a weird thing to claim.

If you can’t see the correlation and that the 2 have an impact on each other then you are the troll Velidreandra and I hard pass on your opinions.

You can have both. Rng and a path.

It’s what’s really silly to think about.

You don’t have to lower the ceiling to raise the floor.

Just because you don’t understand it doesn’t make it untrue.

Grinding for upgrade currencies is like having a job.

Playing for a chance at win in the lottery keeps my interest and makes it feel more like a game than a chore.

What I am betting you are missing in this is I don’t feel a NEED to have ‘x’ gear - you types do.

That’s kinda why I suggested a hybrid system in post #3 of this very thread

I read your post can you not tell?
It’s silly to think about isnt.

you also complained that there was too much gear in BfA which resulted in the crap gearing system we have in Shadowlands.

I understand it, you’re reasoning is just… weird.

Lets say I roll 100 times, but after 100 attempts I get the mount.
Lets say I roll 100 times. For a 1% drop rate mount, that’s a 63.4% chance to get the mount.

Now you can move on to the next “not a grind because its RNG” activity.

you can’t say you understand me and then write what you just did because you don’t.

Titanforging required a lot of gear to drop.

It was super exciting to get a Warforge (+10) drop and think “damn, this needed to be +25 to replace my item. Guess I’ll just gear up the 5th alt … again.” I loved gearing other player’s toons so they can also scrap their loot in 2 weeks.

no titanforging didn’t need a lot of gear to drop

a lot of gear dropped because getting gear is a good feeling - titanforging made getting gear better/more exciting.

And the only people who got ‘too much’ gear were people doing a lot of mythic plus as well as raiding. Anyone else the amount of gear was just perfect in BfA.
