Wouldn’t this be a great idea to import into world of warcraft!

No.

WoW is an MMO and not a Dungeon Crawler. Heck, if ya have at all been paying attention to the forums/community you would see the vocal majority dislike the bits of “Diablofication” that have made it into WoW.

WoW doesn’t need more from Diablo, an entirely different genre of game, it needs less.

While I understand the desire not to have “diablofication”, in the particular case of magic find we should make an exception.

1. It is a very small bit of “diablofication”.

2. It will allow better loot and encourage people to engage the content more.

3. It will be something “new”. Honestly, the last couple of expansions have all followed the exact same cookie cutter. This would be something totally different.

Bottom Line: Let’s add magic find!
