The fights were unique cool content. The rewards however, were advertised as time limited and should stay as such.

But that flows both ways though. If you cannot enjoy the game because others have something you don’t have then you’re entitled. Personally don’t want Blizzard to be working on old content that’s meant for older versions of their class design.

Have you collected every single weapon a shaman of your spec can use, yet? How about you get those before trying to change the rules on a single locked weapon skin.

If you think it is nicer, lets get something new, rather than more of the same. Forward is generally a good direction :slight_smile:

I’d rather them focus on making the actual world in World of Warcraft on par with the visuals of The Witcher III: Wild hunt, before giving more fuel to accolades that remain inside the confines of the user-interface, or a aesthetic skin.

There it is, right there, a reward for sticking around and staying loyal to the game we love, whether we did it when it was “hard mode” or “easy mode” we stayed subbed and we did it.

Edited to add: I don’t care what anyone says, the healing one wasn’t “easy mode” no matter what kind of gear you had on.

I say no, and I never stepped foot in the mage tower.
I was hardly playing at the time. leveling alts when I did play.
It was my choice to not play, and not try the tower.
Same as everyone else. I missed the appearances.
Others did as well. That does not mean they should be
brought back.

Nope. Ask for a current expansion challenge or a SL challenge. Mage Tower was a limited time challenge for Legion. They do limited time challenges for every expansion and Legion is over.

They can easily scale the bosses up to current level or scale the player down to legion level. Anyone that disagrees about bringing the tower back is just salty they won’t be “special”

Of course they are and that is the only thing anyone that doesn’t have it can fall back on. If you could think of any other reason as to why those that did stay loyal and subbed and got their earned appearance for it, I might entertain the notion but it’s never anything but those that have it being “salty” and “special” and it really doesn’t make for a good logical argument and makes you appear salty because you don’t have it. :slight_smile:

Sorry you didn’t stay subbed, maybe next time? Blizz gave everyone ample chances to get this appearance, including but not limited to: Sending out an email a month before reminding us all it was GOING AWAY. :tipping_hand_woman:

Amazing! You want Blizzard to burn time on trying to scale players properly to a challenge and it still be a challenge per patch instead of them working on new content?

They advertised ARs and Pathfinder as rep rewards. They are no longer rep rewards. That wasn’t the end of the story.

The only part of this I think is unfair and actually needs to be addressed are the druid forms–some of those are very sweet. The rest are just weapon mods and they can get over it. I will say that the challenge was a true experience though.

Pretty much sums the entire Mage Tower debacle up and any other limited time reward we’ve had in game.

Doctors are constantly shifting back and forth between whether eggs are good or bad for your cholesterol. Originally bad, now good.

Of course, eggs have absolutely nothing to do with WoW. But I’d argue that rep has absolutely nothing to do with a challenge mode :stuck_out_tongue:
