Years ago, item restoration had a search function. Please work to bring this function back. Customers should not have to go through page after page to find an item that was mistakenly deleted.

As Zenjy noted, Customer Support is not involved in the development of the game or are we liaisons with the Development team. If you wish to provide feedback and suggestions, you are welcome to post in the Community section that is most appropriate (General Discussion by default) or by using the Submit a Suggestion option in-game through the Support menu.
