Chain lightning / lightning bolt (start and end of this video)
They kept some of the stuff in these videos but scrapped chain lightning, lightning bolt, and chain heal. I wish they’d have added them back as glyphs … I love the lightning bolt/ chain heal ones in particular. The chain lightning one looks a little too much like lightning bolt
Yes there are! Glyph of pebbles reduces the size of earth elemental. And then there’s another I can’t remember the name of that reduces the size on fire elemental.
Both are talents.

Ascendance really is the ugliest spell in the game still.

i play SS build and i’ve never even seen an ascendance proc in 3000+ rounds
On the one hand, even though I really don’t like the Ascendance model and animations, I decided to start using DRE because I could no longer justify holding myself back by not taking it and managed to squeeze it into a build I’m mostly happy with. It really is too impactful when/if it procs to pass up.
On the other hand, I’m glad it doesn’t proc more because it is so fugly.
All i want is ghost wolf collorations to have fire / storm / earth apperances.

Bumping this, got back into WoW with the Dragonflight sale last week and was totally baffled this model is still being used. I refuse to use it just cause of this awful model turning my adorable vulpera into some dumb cultist.
Blizzard please, for the love of god give shamans some visual love here. We all know you can make beautiful looking creations. This is such a key spell, it deserves better.

Facts. They even have a trinket in-game that turns you into a glorious tornado. And yet we still have a placeholder for Ascendance.

Do they even have someone reading these forums?
I’m sure they have an AI bot that scans all our posts and picks out keywords to spit out a report on our general level of haves, wants, needs, and happiness level.
But “shaman” is not one of those keywords lol.
Bring back the glyph or do something new. It’s a stupid spell effect and should never have even made it into the game. The auras were so much better.
